I had a little issue with my order, so I emailed paperinkarts and wasn’t expecting a whole lot. But they got back to me quick and actually answered what I asked, not just some copy-and-paste thing. It all got sorted out really easily, no hassle. Super nice customer service, and yeah, I’d definitely order from them again

My order got here sooner than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed well and nothing seemed off. I guess I was a little unsure at first, especially since the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked, but overall it turned out fine. Seems reliable so far.

My order from Paper Ink Arts arrived in rough shape. The box was half crushed, and there was hardly any padding inside, like barely any at all. One bottle had leaked a little and some of the paper was bent, so right away I was frustrated, frustrated before I even checked the full order.
When I did go through everything, I realized they sent the wrong nibs and left out one item completely. I emailed them, but it took way too long to get a clear answer back. Maybe it was just a bad day or bad luck, but for what I paid, I really expected the order to be packed properly and, you know, actually be correct.

I’ve ordered from Paper Ink Arts when I was looking for calligraphy supplies that are harder to find in the usual craft stores, and that’s where they really stood out to me. They had a solid mix of nibs, inks, and other tools, and I was able to find a few things I’d been wanting to try for a while.
The only downside from my experience was that a few items on my list were out of stock, so I either had to wait or choose something similar. It didn’t ruin the order, but it did make the shopping feel a bit hit or miss. I’d still check them first for specialty supplies, just with the expectation that not everything may be available.

The ink quality is ridiculous in the best way. It goes on smoothly, looks clean, and feels like really good stuff overall.
